Terms of Service — Cleanaroo

1. Welcome to Cleanaroo

By using Cleanaroo, you agree to these terms. Cleanaroo acts solely as an agent that introduces home and office owners to independent local cleaners. The cleaning contract is formed directly between you and the cleaner — Cleanaroo is not a party to that contract and does not provide cleaning services itself.

2. Your Account

You must be 18+ to use Cleanaroo. Keep your login details safe and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity on your account.

3. Bookings & Payments

When you book, you enter into a contract directly with the cleaner for the cleaning services. Cleanaroo facilitates the booking and payment as an agent on behalf of the cleaner. You agree to pay the quoted price plus any add-ons or overruns. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking may incur a fee.

4. Cleaner Conduct

Cleaners on Cleanaroo are independent professionals — they are not employees, agents, contractors or partners of Cleanaroo. We carry out basic vetting, but the quality, conduct, safety and outcome of any clean is the sole responsibility of the cleaner. Report any issues and we'll do our best to help mediate.

5. Liability

Cleanaroo provides the platform "as is" and acts only as an introductory agent. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleanaroo is not responsible or liable for any acts, omissions, damages, loss, theft, injury, delays or unsatisfactory work caused by or arising from a cleaner or a customer. Any claim, dispute or liability arising from the cleaning services is strictly between the cleaner and the home/office owner. We'll do our best to mediate disputes in good faith, but we accept no legal responsibility for the services delivered.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll let you know about big changes. Continuing to use Cleanaroo means you accept the updates.
